How do I register with Visaka Divines?
Currently we do not have a login system for customers to register, however, customers are required to provide their name as it appears on their credit/debit card, email address, and phone number in order to place an order. These details are collected in the Order Details step of the Order Form. We plan to implement a login system in the near future.
Is it safe to place orders and pay online?
Orders placed online on Visaka Divines are processed securely and are closely monitored by a dedicated team. We follow all recommended guidelines set by California online protection and privacy laws.
What payment methods do you support?
Currently we support Stripe for payments. Customers can use debit and credit cards from all major providers. We plan to add more payment methods in the near future.
How do I place an order?
Orders must be placed using the order form above. There are three simple steps to follow when placing an order. First, add as many products as you like to your order. Second, select a pickup date for your order and provide your contact information. Finally, review and pay for your order.
How do I know my order was placed successfully?
You will receive an email confirmation shortly after we receive your order. The confirmation will contain a summary of your order as well as next steps.
How can I check the status of my order?
We will send you email updates when the status of your order changes. If at anytime you wish to know the status of your order please email support@visakadivines.com and be sure to include your confirmation number.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. There is no minimum order quantity. You may select any valid amount of available products on the site.
Where can I find the latest prices for your products?
The website is the best place to view the latest prices for all our products. Prices are subject to change so please refer to the website for the most up-to-date prices.
Do you offer any discounts or special deals?
We will offer discounts/offers for certain festivities. Please look out for emails and messages on the website that will alert to you special deals.
When should I place an order? Is there a cut-off day?
We receive our shipments every Friday at noon. In order for you to receive your flowers on Friday, you must place your order by the previous Friday at 9PM PST/PDT. The second step of the order form will highlight the available pickup dates for your order.
When should I collect my order?
We will send you an email update which will detail the exact day, time, and location to pick up your order.
Do you ship flowers within the US?
At this time, we only allow pickup orders. We plan to accept orders for delivery in the near future.
Where do you get your flowers and how often do you get them?
We get fresh flowers from India. Our shipment arrives every Friday by noon and are available for pickup the same evening.
How long will the flowers be fresh and fragrant?
The flowers are carefully packed in Therma-cool boxes when shipped. Typically, most flowers stay fresh for 5-7 days and we highly recommend our customers store them in the refrigerator to maintain their freshness and fragrance.
Am I guaranteed to receive all the products ordered?
Fresh flowers are subject to inspection by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). If the CBP agricultural specialist finds harmful plant pests or diseases on the flowers they will refuse entry. We will notify you via email if any of your ordered items are held by CBP and cannot be fulfilled. At that time we will provide you alternative available flowers to choose. If you aren't satisfied with the alternatives, we will issue a refund of the products that were unable to pass inspection.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if products in your order fail U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) inspection or if we receive a damaged shipment.
